Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does delivery take?

  • Order handling: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit time: Typically 7–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated delivery time: Approximately 8–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

How much is shipping?

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no additional shipping or handling fees unless stated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please email support@grandfiorelondon.com with your order number as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update or cancel it.
  • If the order has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and returned with original tags attached. Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

Who pays return shipping?

  • Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Faulty or incorrect items: We will arrange a return at no cost to you.

What if my item is faulty?

If your item is faulty or not as described, you have the right to a remedy under applicable US consumer protection laws.

  • Within 30 days of delivery, you may request a full refund.
  • After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement first.
  • If a repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
